Step 1

Start by writing down your Core Values. If you haven’t defined those already, go back and define them using this article.

Step 2

From your Core Values, describe how they can help you act in certain situations that are common for your brand. 

Step 3

Next step is to brainstorm current behaviours that do not reflect your values. If these behaviours to reflect your core values, which behaviours would? Describe those and write them down. 

Finally, look at your different behaviours and see if there are any that stand out. Can you create a hierarchy of how you behave? Is there any behaviour that you can use right now, after a workshop? If so, do it!
