Gather your team and have a workshop to go through what obstacles you are facing. It’s good to have a broad team with different roles to get a better scope of what obstacles are out there.

  1. Start by brainstorming all the different obstacles that the team experiences. Write down the answers on post-its so it will be easier in the next step to move the answers around. Don’t think about solutions in this exercise, this is only about mapping out what difficulties the team experiences.
  2. Next step is to see which of this obstacles are connected. Group them together in logical groups, if there is one post-it that summarizes the other notes, put this one on top.
  3. Discuss which of the obstacles are the most important and try to describe why those are more important. Summarise 3 main obsacles which are the most important and put them down in a hierarchy.
