First you fill in your answers to each branding element and send over complementary documents that are relevant to your brands current state. Together we create a core team that will be part of discussions as well as pinpoint which key figures will have a separate interview.
We will meet and discuss on three different occasions to go through the categories purpose, identity and strategy. Depending on these discussions we’ll send out a questionnaire to employees and/or customers to get a further understanding of how others see your brand.
Once we have a clear understanding of how you see your brand, The Branding Table starts the analysis process. The results are presented to you and your team at the end of the project.
After the final presentation, you will get a document that includes a holistic analysis of your brand as well as of each element. The analysis includes recommendations, unique comparisons across categories (purpose, identity, strategy) and criterias (quality, quantity, functionality).
The analysis is performed by The Branding Table team. But you know your company and business area far better than us, so we need insights from you and your team to get the inside perspective. So you will need to do a little work as well, but the majority falls on us.
It varies between one to three months. The length of the analysis depends on how large your company is, how many products you have, and how many markets you are competing in.
