Let’s start by brainstorming all the different opportunities that the brand has. It can be anything that you think of: collaborations, campaigns, new products, etc. Get as much as you can down on paper.

Next we will see if these can be grouped together. Instead of focusing on what the opporrtunity is (campaign, collaboration, etc) try to group by what effect we are trying to achieve.

Write down your 3 main obstacles. If you don’t know what they are, you can use this exercise. Group your opportunities to these three obstacles. Can some of the opportunities you wrote down help solve your obstacles?

Try to think of new opportunities that could help solve your obstacles? Once you are done, which one of these are easier to work with? Which opportunity would create the most impact? Which one of these opportunities is the first step towards your objective?
