You might be surprised by what you find when you answer these questions. Your customers aren’t always whom you think they are. It could be another company or even a government agency that needs your help with something. Sometimes a customer isn’t even the person who’s paying for your product!
But no matter who your customer is, there’s one thing that remains the same: You have to know what they need and how to meet their needs. It’s about understanding one another and building a strong relationship. If you can do that, you’ll have a better chance of keeping them happy and helping them grow.
