Core values are the foundation of your company’s culture. They’re what you believe in and stand for, and they help define your company. Defining your core values will give employees something to rally around, and can help you find new employees who share your vision or guide you out of difficult decisions.

Why are these words so important? Well, it’s not just about hiring people who are a good fit—it’s also about making sure that everyone who works at your company knows they have a place where they belong. If you don’t have core values, then it’s easy for people to feel like they’re just a cog in the machine—and no one wants to be treated like that. That’s not what we do here!
